We are excited for the opportunity to support Creative Memories for Disabled Children.

We will offer four divisions of fishing opportunities: Adult & Kids Boat and Adult & Kids Shoreline. Shoreline fishing is within the Hewitt and Holcomb Parks shoreline area only.

(Explained at registration.)

Registration and fish check in will be at the registration table located at Hewitt Park.

Pre Registration is required as is check in, which starts at 5:30AM on August 20th. All participants pre-registered may start fishing before check in. All buckets and live wells MUST be checked by a tournament official before fishing begins.

All fish must be presented to a tournament official at the registration table by 5pm on August 20th

Contest will be judged on the fish “LENGTH ONLY”

(CRAPPIE, BLUEGILL AND PERCH ONLY)

 

All fish must be fresh and caught by the participant between 5:30 am and 5 pm August 20th. The participant will be disqualified if either one of these simple rules are not followed!

In the event of a tie in first place, the first and second purse will be split between them. If there is a three-way tie or more: the first, second and trophy purses will be between them, and no second or third place purses will be awarded by the flip of a coin for trophies.

The presentation of purse prizes and trophies will start at 5:30PM in front of the registration table at Hewitt Park.

All entries are eligible for a drawing for a custom-made fishing rod made and donated by “Lawrence Brown Custom Rods” as well and other miscellaneous door prizes. All drawings will be at the awards presentation. You must be present to win.

Hot Dogs, chips & cheese and soft drinks are free to participants. Nonparticipants are asked to make a donation at the food area. All proceeds will go to Creating Memories.

Join us for a fun filled day with lots of fishing, food, prizes, and fun! The Richland/Halfway area is noted for its great fishing, history, and picturesque scenery of wildlife, mountain ranges and the great Hells Canyon sites itself. While you are here, for your conveniences, we have local restaurants, an RV Park, and the Hitching Post Market & Motel. Hewitt and Holcomb Parks are available also for RV parking, with picnic areas, showers, boat ramps and there are fish cleaning stations.
